Is Enrollex an LMS for universities in Pakistan?
Yes. Alongside student records, Enrollex includes LMS features: teachers upload course materials, students download them, and teachers run timed online MCQ quizzes whose scores can be written straight into the course marks.
How does Enrollex manage attendance and marks?
Teachers mark attendance per session and enter quiz, mid-term and final marks in a grid. Students see their attendance percentage per course with a warning when they fall below the university's threshold, and see marks as soon as they are entered. Admins review and lock marks when they are final.
Which documents can students request through the student portal?
Students can request an NOC, bonafide certificate, character certificate, transcript, fee clearance, experience letter or duplicate marksheet, and track each request from submitted to ready for collection. An express option adds a fee challan.
Can students pay university fees online?
Enrollex generates fee challans and supports JazzCash and Easypaisa checkout as well as bank transfers, where the student uploads a payment screenshot and an admin approves or rejects it.
Does each university get its own portal?
Yes. Each university gets its own branded portal at its own subdomain of enrollex.riggt.com, and can point a custom domain such as portal.yourschool.edu.pk at it.
